Label Printing and Processes and Label Making Equipment:

United Label operates primarily flexographic presses for its label making. These high speed label presses allow us to print up to six colors, including four color process, laminate, varnish and die cut in line. This offers an economical alternative to sheet fed presses.

We also offer hot stamping-this process prints with foil as opposed to ink and provides a very high end look to you label. Great for cosmetics and special promotional applications.

Dies:

Over the years we have accumulated a vast number of dies. A "die" is a metal stamp that allows us to cut your label into the final desired shape. Our extensive die library allows you to choose any stock die which best suits your needs without incurring any expensive tooling charges.

Prepress and Platemaking for Label Printing:

At United Label Corp we make our own plates and negatives in our label manufacturing facility. Our digital imaging system allows us to take your electronic files and move them quickly through the printing process while minimizing plate costs.
